1. Overview
This Cancellation & Refund Policy governs all purchases made through the ClickMaker Rust store operated by ClickMaker IT Solutions. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Our store sells digital goods and in-game benefits for the ClickMaker Rust game server. Due to the digital nature of these products, our refund policy differs from physical goods.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Payment was charged but the digital good was not delivered within 24 hours.
- A duplicate payment was made for the same item or service.
- The purchased item or service is significantly different from what was described.
- A technical error on our end prevented the service from being provided.
- The transaction was unauthorized and reported within 48 hours.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- The digital good was successfully delivered and activated on your account.
- You changed your mind after the item was delivered.
- You were banned from the server for violating server rules or Terms & Conditions.
- The server underwent a scheduled wipe and your benefits were reset as expected.
- You failed to use the purchased benefits before they expired.
- More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date.
- You purchased the wrong item and the item was already delivered.
- Dissatisfaction with in-game events, server population, or gameplay experience.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Open a support ticket on our Discord server (discord.gg/j8q3V6GFY7).
- Provide your Razorpay Transaction ID or Order ID.
- Provide your Steam ID and in-game name.
- Clearly describe the reason for your refund request.
- Include any relevant screenshots or evidence.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
5. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is received and approved:
- You will receive a confirmation message on Discord.
- The refund will be processed through Razorpay to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
- Any in-game benefits associated with the refunded purchase will be revoked from your account.
6. Cancellation of Subscriptions
If your purchase involves a recurring subscription or time-limited benefit:
- You may cancel future renewals at any time by contacting us on Discord.
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No partial refunds are provided for the remaining time in a billing period.
- Benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider without first contacting us is a violation of these terms. If a chargeback is filed:
- Your account may be immediately and permanently banned from our server and community.
- All in-game benefits associated with the disputed transaction will be revoked.
- We will provide transaction evidence to Razorpay and your bank to contest illegitimate chargebacks.
- A processing fee may be deducted from any approved refund to cover chargeback costs.
We strongly encourage you to contact us first through Discord for any payment concerns. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
8. Exceptions
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Exceptional circumstances may include server-wide issues, extended outages, or situations where the standard policy would be unreasonable.
