By accessing or using the ClickMaker Rust server, website (rust.clickmaker.in), store, Discord community, or any related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by ClickMaker IT Solutions ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Access to our Rust game server requires a valid Steam account with a licensed copy of Rust. Access to our Discord community requires a valid Discord account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts and for all activities that occur under them.

When using our game server and community platforms, you agree to:

• Follow all server rules as displayed on our website and Discord.
• Not use cheats, hacks, exploits, or any third-party software that provides unfair advantage.
• Not engage in harassment, hate speech, threats, or discriminatory behavior.
• Not advertise other servers, services, or products without explicit permission.
• Not impersonate staff members, other players, or third parties.
• Not attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise our server infrastructure.
• Respect all players and staff members.

Violations may result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans at the sole discretion of our administration team.

Our store offers digital goods and services related to our Rust game server. All purchases are processed through Razorpay. By making a purchase, you agree that:

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay — we do not store your card details.
• Digital goods are delivered automatically or manually within the timeframe specified at purchase.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.
• Fraudulent transactions will be reported and may result in permanent ban.

Purchases on our store provide in-game benefits, perks, or privileges on our Rust server only. These digital goods:

• Are non-transferable and tied to your Steam/Discord account.
• Have no real-world monetary value outside of our Services.
• May be modified, adjusted, or revoked if server conditions require.
• Do not guarantee any specific gameplay advantage over other players.
• Are subject to availability and server functionality.

All content on our website and platforms, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ClickMaker IT Solutions or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

Rust is a trademark of Facepunch Studios Ltd. ClickMaker Rust is not affiliated with or endorsed by Facepunch Studios.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClickMaker IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of in-game progress, or loss of purchased items due to server issues, wipes, or technical failures.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our game server; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any inconvenience caused by service interruptions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to violation of these Terms, server rules, fraudulent activity, or conduct that we determine to be harmful to the community.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ClickMaker IT Solutions, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
