ClickMaker Rust operates as a digital-only store. We do not sell or ship physical products. All purchases made through our store are digital goods, in-game benefits, or virtual services delivered within our Rust game server and associated platforms.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when your digital purchases are delivered after successful payment.
2. Delivery Method
All digital goods are delivered through one or more of the following methods:
- Automatic in-game delivery — Benefits are applied to your account immediately upon successful payment.
- Manual delivery by staff — Some items may require manual verification and delivery by our admin team.
- Discord role assignment — Certain perks (such as VIP or community roles) are assigned via our Discord bot.
- Email confirmation — You may receive a confirmation email with delivery details and instructions.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on the type of product purchased:
- Automatic items (kits, in-game currency): Instant to 5 minutes after payment confirmation.
- Manual items (VIP roles, custom perks): Within 1-24 hours during business hours.
- Discord roles: Within 1-6 hours after payment confirmation.
- Complex or custom orders: Within 24-48 hours, with communication via Discord.
Business hours are generally 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM IST, seven days a week. Deliveries may take longer during high-traffic periods, server maintenance, or holidays.
4. Payment Confirmation
Your purchase is confirmed when:
- Razorpay successfully processes your payment.
- You receive a payment confirmation from Razorpay via email.
- An order confirmation appears on our website or store page.
- You may also receive a confirmation message on Discord if your account is linked.
If your payment is debited but you do not receive a confirmation, please do not attempt another purchase. Contact us on Discord with your transaction details.
5. Delivery Failures
In rare cases, delivery may fail due to:
- Incorrect Steam ID or Discord ID provided during checkout.
- Server downtime or maintenance at the time of delivery.
- Technical issues with our automated delivery system.
- Your account being offline or not connected to the server at the time of delivery.
If delivery fails, please open a support ticket on our Discord server with your transaction ID and account details. Our team will manually process your delivery within 24 hours.
6. Tracking Your Order
You can track the status of your purchase by:
- Checking your Razorpay email for payment confirmation.
- Logging into the game server and checking your in-game inventory or kits.
- Contacting us on Discord with your transaction ID for a status update.
- Checking your Discord roles if you purchased a role-based perk.
7. Server Wipes & Delivery
Our server performs weekly map wipes and monthly blueprint wipes. Time limited benefits (such as monthly VIP) are tied to real-world calendar time, not in-game wipe cycles. Permanent benefits may be reset during server wipes as part of normal game mechanics.
We clearly indicate at the time of purchase whether an item is time-limited or permanent, and whether it is affected by server wipes.
